Comment: When I see "Penang", I knew I had to try it! I was well aware of the coconut milk used in cooking the rice, so I brought it home and ate it... without an upset stomach phew!! It wasn't that spicy but it was pretty tasty. London vs. Penang? Well, ehem... Penang wins! This one was average. Sorry!
