What's in: Grilled marinated chicken, shrimps, mussels, chikuwa, half egg, bamboo shoots, wakame (seaweed), spring onions (yikes!) and pea shoots, served with ramen in chicken broth with dashi and miso.

Comment: Fortunately, there wasn't any sodium overdose in this dish. It was delicious, with a whole lot of goodies in a bowl of tasty broth.

Comment: I bet the chef must have accidentally spilled the whole salt shaker into the soup! It felt like I was eating something straight out of the sea water, unfiltered. My sodium level was off the charts on that fateful salty day.
